Expertise And Servant-Heartedness
Steve,
I want to thank you and the team for visiting our campus and providing excellent perspective on the challenge we face. You confirmed for us that, in fact, there is good reason we feel challenged at times trying to lead our folks into heart-felt, more contemporary worship. This was valuable. I believe you have communicated that our task is not impossible, IF we determine to address the problems honestly. Whether we could/would continue to use the present space for worship was our biggest question, and you answered it for us.
I want to thank you very much for your expertise and servant-heartedness.
I appreciate the follow-up letter making next-steps quite clear. We are not quite ready to take the next step, though we will be in the future. The exploration of the worship space is part of a much larger project that has to do with the construction of a family life facility adjacent to our building to the south. At this point we are looking at all the components of a possible capitol funds campaign. You have given us what we needed at this very moment. We will be back in touch with you, when the congregation is informed more fully and as God leads.
Again, I want to thank you very much for your expertise and servant-heartedness.
God bless!
